Who handles your data

What data we collect
Only what you enter in the form: your email, how you would like to take part and confirmation that you are at least 16. The site uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools, and fonts are served from our own site, not from external services.
Why, and on what basis
To tell you when Hugtide launches and, if you chose to, to contact you about working together. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us or replying to one of our emails.
Who sees it and where it is stored
Only the Hugtide team. The site and form are run by Netlify, Inc., which processes the data on our behalf as a data processor. Netlify is based in the United States: the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell or share the data with anyone.
How long we keep it
Until the app's public launch and for 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a readable format, by writing to privacy@hugtide.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country.
